Full Professor of International Law at the University of Rome (Roma Tre), he is the author of books and articles on the regulation of markets, banks, competition, monetary policy, arbitration, as well as on European and international institutions.

ICSID conciliator, lawyer, he practices in international law, European Union law, investment law, banking law, administrative law, market regulation and competition law.

Of Italian mother tongue, he normally works in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese and has a basic knowledge of Russian and Farsi.

Silvia Venturini

A practising member of the Italian Bar and qualified to appear in front of the Italian Supreme Court, she has an extensive experience in commercial and administrative law and deals mostly with competition, market deregulation and regulated markets both as a consultant and as a litigation expert.

Bilingual in Italian and French, she works mainly in English and speaks German fluently.
